Depression

Common experiences when struggling with depression include:

Depression can be a debilitating condition that disrupts your life. Therapy can include activating useful behaviors, developing meaningful self care routines, fostering self compassion, and uncovering perspectives that have been buried under negative thinking.

Anxiety

Common experiences when struggling with anxiety include:

  • feeling constantly overwhelmed and worried about everything

  • unable to control worries

  • feeling riddled with self doubt and overanalyzing every little thing

  • feeling exhausted

  • constantly thinking about worst-case scenarios

  • unable to relax, be at ease, or constantly on edge

  • difficulty sleeping

  • problems concentrating

  • not eating enough

  • panic attacks

  • avoiding activities or people

Treatment can include identifying and challenging dysfunctional thought patterns, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, and exposure therapy.
